Pros

Working with ADT will provide you with an opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally. If you need help with anything you can always depend on management to help you directly or to put you in front of the right people so that you can get the help you need.

Cons

As with all positions that involve emergency services, you must be willing to give up some of your personal freedom when choosing when to work as emergencies never take a break. With this in mind, you must be prepared to be on call sometimes even when you would prefer to be off.

Pros

good work/life balance given warm leads

Cons

You can sell great products, but the technicians are too lazy to run wires and will find any reason not to install a job if it is too difficult. The customer ends up cancelling and you loose the commission
