      Pros

      They will hire almost anyone willing to cold call and/or door knock for leads Have reputation for longest standing security company and 90% of Fortune 500 companies use ADT Good benefits if you can make enough to cover them, great 401K Can become Manager in around a year if top performer

      Cons

      Have to hit self generated closes in order to receive company leads, otherwise will not make a living, averaging one a week Most expensive monthly cost for consumers Have to use own car and gas reimbursement with 100 mile radius doesn't even come close to covering wear and tear let alone gas.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good sales training. They will give you all the tools necessary to do a good sales presentation.

      Cons

      If you don't meet thier sales goals they will take you out of thier lead system. Lots of cold calls, and door knocking (cause you have to have 5 self generated leads a month). They are always hiring new people so the sales floor is always flooded. They expect you to work 50 hours a week.
