Work mostly from home. Low hours (pro and con) Good benefits Left alone mostly (no manager breathing down your neck all the time)

Cons

Pay (have taken almost a 50% pay cut in the last 2 years Working harder to make less money Expect every one to "door knock" as if this is the magic bullet to success. Tons of competition both internally and externally No communication or room for advancement, I mean absolutely ZERO. You sell something and you are expected to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end but are given no authority to do any of the necessary steps. Are forced to rely on minimum wage morons in another state to do it for you.

Pros

State of the art products to sell because of partnerships with all the manufactures. ADT doesn't make anything.

Cons

Do quotes, look up data, need hands on training, good luck. All systems and their network are slow and overloaded. Big, big time wasters and will not change because of cost.

The ADT name is somehow #1 in the industry. Benefits right away. Microwave and Fridge in the break room.

Cons

Just about everything else. This company needs to get their stuff together. Nobody is on the same page. You sell a job and install then goes and tries to rip off customer. Management is aweful..They dont give 2 craps about you and it shows.. Leads are aweful when you get them. Bad reimbursment. The benefits arent really that good. The morale is low. The training is basically non existent.. The turnover is ridiculous.. I REALLY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ACCEPTED THE JOB.
