Leadership made a series of bad decisions over the years, most costly being the purchase of a solar company that was in very bad shape financially. The following year they closed the solar business and the losses affected employee bonuses and raises who had nothing to do with solar. People left and were never replaced so we had more work and insane deadlines. Mgmt didn't ever listen to reason, they just want what they want when they want it. Then it went from bad to worse when they decided to outsource everyone's job to India. The corporate greed is out of control.
