      Pros

      My manager was awesome, understanding, accommodating to family needs. The schedule was flexible when I needed it due to personal illness and family concerns. The team I worked with were a lot of fun, very diverse, most were supportive of others.

      Cons

      Commission only is a very hard way to live when the company doesn't live up to their promises. The micromanagement and over documentation of all activity some days takes more time than the door knocking or calling actually did.
