Make your own hours When it's going good, it can be real good

Cons

commission has gone down drastically over the past seven years Every office is different but the company culture is lacking for 90% of the employees. Job is dead end

Pros

Decent benefits and opportunities to work in different areas of the business, for individuals that are interested in perusing different career paths.

Cons

Although products and services are high-tech, back-end office systems are antiquated, numerous, and fragmented. Results in a lot of manual effort to obtain information, an organization that should be referred to a disorganization, and often results in poor customer experiences.
