Best pay for installers in the industry, ability to relocate, given proper materials to correctly perform your jobs ( as an installer anyways)

Cons

Independent thinkers do not apply. Management is club and if you don't fit in or stand against them they fire you. ( Especially in Orlando FL)

Decent training program for sales team members. Ongoing coaching for top sales associates and new hires. Easy access to salesforce via new company IPads.

Cons

ADT Advertises themselves as a company that cares about people's homes and businesses that they "protect." However an appropriate minimally covered home or business is usually unaffordable because of the ridiculous markup on the equipment. As a salesman that always put me at a very uneasy spot. In order to gain a commission you have to make the sale, but often times that meant selling someone something that was inadequate for their actual needs.
