- not too much - it looks good on my resume - the benefits package including 401k

Cons

- after training, this is an all commission position - micromanagement runs rampant in this company - I think managers play favorites with inbound sales calls.. I don't get many

Pros

The company had good business practices. My employer treated everyone fairly. The mentality of my supervisors was positive, and the company had a nice ethic. Overall, I was satisfied with my work experience with this company.

Cons

Unfortunately, the pay was considerably lower than I would have preferred. My pay did not meet my satisfaction, especially compared to the the same position with other companies.

Some great coworkers, great advice given for a future in sales.

Cons

The company will lie to you at every last turn, from your job interview, to your training, all the way to your final days. Commission pay - you're told salary plus, door to door knocking - you'll be told appointment only. Sales techniques border on harassment, purposefully break solicitation laws and try to cruise around to hide from the police should they be called. Ignore constant emails from HoA's requesting they cease and desist. A lot of long hours for very little pay... If any. No sales, no pay. Not even enough to bring you up to minimum wage.
