"We're sorry that ABRA wasn't a good fit. We absolutely agree that we can do better on training, which is why we're continuing to roll out new programs for body technicians, estimators, production management and leadership. We've also added talent managers in each market to assist with onboarding new employees. Thank you for taking time to share your feedback, and best wishes for the next phase of your career."

Expect alot for little pay

Pros

None these days due to corporate office not being in touch with what is happening in stores around the country.

Cons

Can not get people to work here due to pay. Long hours, base pay is not comparable to the hours worked and corporate is making more changes so there is little to no chance of ever making more. Pay continues to go down year after year. Benefits not comparable to other companies this size. Very little recognition for employees from corporate office.

"We appreciate your feedback. ABRA continually reviews pay and benefits offerings to ensure that we are competitive with others in the market, and that we offer plans that meet employee needs. In many cases, ABRA pays the highest rate in the market; and we've added new benefit offerings in 2017 based on employee feedback. It won't happen overnight, but we also recognize that there is an opportunity for improved recognition. Please continue to share your comments, ideas and criticism here, or through Ask Ann."

Pros

Nothing. A horrible place to work.

Cons

Lack of Integrity from Leadership- from Mid Manager to Senior Management This company does not value their employees People are replaceable. Employees are a revolving door and employee turnover is beyond ridiculous. In the mind of management, every employee is treated as though they are replaceable. Benefits are horrible (another indicator that this organization does not value their employees). There is absolutely no work/life balance. And, employees are not compensated for the extra long hours that they deliver. It feels like no matter how much you work, your efforts are never valued or appreciated. Senior Management, Specifically in the NC area, is exhausting and incompetent Do not trust anyone at this company. They will stab you in back!
