The company used to be great! Before Ann joined, there was a passion for quality and integrity.

Cons

The new CEO, Ann, and all her BFF's from a very small unknown company, V-Something, have turned ABRA into a joke. They spend money on expensive travel while taking away GM equity. They claim "employer of choice" while finding ways to eliminate key members of the team. It's all fake. I've been behind closed doors, and, can personally say her intentions for the company are not good. The rest of the team are her puppets. Anyone that disagrees with her is eliminated. What happened to all the SVP's? What about the executive team?

They try to commit to teamwork but a lot of things get in the way that don't have to. The pay was decent.

Cons

OVERWORKED. I had zero work/life balance. Over 100 hours every 2 weeks and you're required to work 9 1/2 hours on the clock every day and they kind of make you feel like taking a break is bad. They need more than 2 CSRs because of the volume of calls and customers. Management I feel is lost when it comes to just how much CSRs have to do. It's what causes over booking. A lot of unfair pressure is put on the CSRs. Extremely stressful due to not having more than 2 CSRs.

There’s not one thing I liked working for this company!

Cons

TRAINING...lack of!! Just make sure month end you make budget so the GM’s get their greedy bonuses! That’s all that matters. Employees are just minions!
