Pros

Most of the technicians are great people and there are some really talented and skilled repair techs there. That's about it. The people are all that I miss. Anyone above low level management, are truly awful.

Cons

Everything. Unimaginable amounts or stress. You're fixing cars, not doing open heart surgery! The constant threat of losing your job, not hitting your target dates, getting written up for making a mistake, especially in a hot, dirty, over stressed and over worked environment. And the pay. Since I have left there I make one and a half to two times more money per week and I work far fewer hours. I have gotten the exact same story from every former employee I have talked to. The employees there are truly miserable.

Pros

Some of the techs are pretty tallented,but because of the economy do not have another option. Working in stressful conditions helps people fraternize and help each other.

Cons

-They sacrifice their employees in order to keep up with the absurd , non realistic delivery dates.They also sacrifice the quality of the repairs in order to do that. -Training is a joke , they do not invest anything into the development of new tallent. -Stressful ,Stalinist-like depressing atmosphere. -Unbelieveable turnover rate. Everybody that would have a choice would work elsewhere -Do not promote competent hard working people .They will hold you responsible , demote or fire you for the smallest mistake without trying to help you in any way, but if you work hard you will go unnoticed

Cons

Upper management completely unrealistic expectations of budget and is borderline unethical. There's absolutely no training program and shows no care for its employees. When it comes to recruitment. They oversell and under-deliver.
