Pros

Great benefits including paid healthcare, reasonable dental and vision. Offer an attorney service thats affordable and a pet discount for a very limited amount of vet practices. Prefer to promote within the company. Usually a good working environment.

Cons

Not a woman's world. Hard to balance work and home life. Management leans heavily on those who actually work and do a good job rather than encourage those who don't.

Prior leadership had this company going the right way. New leadership, not so much!

Cons

New leadership is about the almighty dollar. Previous leadership had it going the right direction. Duane and Scott drove the success of this company while always trying to "do the right thing". Now the current CEO and COO are greedy and only care about the bottom line. They went and fired all of the employees that made ABRA great. Now its all over run with self centered market based leader who are only looking to kiss the rear end of the Pep Boys based upper echelon. Total joke of an upper management team. If you are looking for a carreer opportunity with a collision based company then Caliber is the best option. I have seen it first hand!

I honestly don't know what to put here. Sorry.

Cons

Trust has been replaced with suspicion. A handshake has been replaced with a 10 page contract. Process is thrown out the door for profit. Body techs are blamed for being too lazy and not greedy enough to satisfy management. Everybody is pissed.
