Full time work that is not physically stressful and you almost always have weekends off away from the shops except for trainings they schedule

Cons

Company doesn't care about you as a person but only add an employee. It's a very do as I say and not as I do environment. Pay isn't great.

None. Best company hands down. If you wanna pass the blame and not pull your weight and just collect a paycheck just keep walking your no good for this company

No pros with current people running this place into the ground

Cons

Management is despicible. They Fired account execs who worked so hard to build this company. You either drink their cool aid or your fired. People are not viewed as human beings with families feelings and lives outside of the office. You are only a tool for their selfish profit and nothing more
