New leadership is about the almighty dollar. Previous leadership had it going the right direction. Duane and Scott drove the success of this company while always trying to "do the right thing". Now the current CEO and COO are greedy and only care about the bottom line. They went and fired all of the employees that made ABRA great. Now its all over run with self centered market based leader who are only looking to kiss the rear end of the Pep Boys based upper echelon. Total joke of an upper management team. If you are looking for a carreer opportunity with a collision based company then Caliber is the best option. I have seen it first hand!
