Poor quality when training new-hires, low training structure or training content, expectations inaccurate to training provisions. Poor overall leadership accountability. Low understanding of stresses and pressures at the ground level, especially for new employees; very much a 'sink or swim' after your first few weeks. Company growth not in step with advertised employee hiring practices; promises not kept on completing employee training. Common problems with asking too much of employees, mistakes when learning commonly punitive.

Crazy stress levels. Constantly working under duress and getting criticized for every little thing they think is wrong when it is not. COO has not learned anything about this job in over a year and CEO is a fish out of water
