Ease of access to payroll and benefits and good insurance.

Cons

All of upper management that I came across did nothing but tell lies and give a false sense of job security. The will promise you the moon but only for the time they need you and then you are completely expendable to them. They have no commitment to their employees or their family's. When starving you of work as a commission based employee doesn't work they will just make an excuse or lie as grounds for termination
