Leadership, integrity, makes me better. The people at the top care.....they want you best and nothing else but they appreciate the people who do the work. I see guys who bounce from shop to shop all the time, never get anywhere. They talk about who much the other "big" shop in Atlanta are unorganized. They need to quit wasting time....while they still have time.

Cons

Best the best isn't easy, takes harder work and more of it. If I'd hadn't come to ABRA, I would be in this business with some dead end career, making good money too but with no upside for me and my family.
