Great place to work, fair policies

Pros

I have found ABRA to be a fair and consistent employer, in fact, if there is a question regarding compensation, they seem to error on the side of the employee. They want to do what is right, even if it costs them short term. They recognize the value in keeping good people. Good 401k matching and PTO policy.

Cons

It is a big company on the grow and that means there are some growing pains, but I would prefer to be with a growing company over a shrinking one.

ABRA is a fantastic company to work for if you are seeking on the job training and advancement. There is consistent access to in person and online educational materials that focus on repair quality, job enhancement, and career advancement potential. Since ABRA is a growing company, the opportunities are limitless.

Cons

The management team holds its employees to very high standards. If you are not the type to give 100%, ABRA is probably not the place for you. Teamwork is a large part of ABRA's success.

Cons

Long work hours are common in the collision industry. Good time management and available flexible schedules provided by leadership are improving the work life balance.
