Management is involved and engaged! Fair advancement opportunity with a growing company. Pay/Benefits are competitive and, because results are transparent, recognition and training opportunities are frequent. Great place for continuous improvement and commitment to excellence!

Cons

It's collision repair and there will always be problems to solve. Aligning with a problem solving organization is the key to career happiness! No major cons at ABRA.

ABRA is by far the best company I have ever worked for! The company as a whole tries to utilize your expertise as an employee to the best of your ability. ABRA has the best training opportunities, Executive Team, and treat all employees as an equal member of the team striving for success.

Cons

Not enough hours in a day to take care of all of our customers needs.
