ABRA is a leader in the industry of collision repair. They stay ahead of the daily changes of the industry, and proceed forward with new technology. They offer better then average pay scale and benefits. Working in the centers, everyone is treated as an equal and a friendly work environment. The career path they set for you up front, makes it enticing to work them.

Great Pay plan and bonuses based on performance, Great team atmosphere, Leadership team and corporate office gives team members the support they need. So far ahead of the competition with processes and urgency!

Cons

Lots of emails to respond to but that is about it.

Pros

I have been in the body shop/ insurance industry for 20+ years. I have been in several shops throughout my career. I always had a misunderstanding of ABRA. Once I started doing more research and talked to techs and the upper management within the company I found a lot of great things within the company. I decided to start a career with ABRA and it has been the best decision I have made. The company treats you well, pays well and always has the customer service at its forefront. Great company, highly recommended.

Cons

Not really a Con, but come ready to work and dig in. Teamwork is a must and needed.
