Less than 1 year and already feels like a perfect fit.

Pros

Good compensation. Friendly employees. Continuous training. Good benefits. Feeling of job security. Challenging role as a Project Manager but it keeps everyday new and different.

Cons

Too many meetings. Unrealistic time schedules at times (which just comes as part of the territory of being in field service). Too much paperwork; practically have checklists for checklists.
