      Pros

      Most of the general population of people are pretty nice.

      Cons

      If you love politics and arguing more internally than spending time with customers, this the place for you. Do you love backstabbing and making bad economic (shareholder) decisions in order to look good, then this is the place for you. Do you like to take on small problems and then jump to a new position in 2-3 years, leaving the big problems behind, then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Really, none. Benefits and salary are better at almost any other competitor's business.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, there is no functional Human Resource team and management is driven by local incentives without regard for employees and the customers. The environment is more of a "Good ol' boy" approach to opportunities. You are in or out depending on who you know, not your abilities.

      It's a job with a decent salary. Annual bonuses. Convenient location off of freeway.

      Cons

      Management is very untrustworthy and rude to its employees. Unnecessary long hours when there is very little going on.
