I loved working for AAA. Although the call volume was very high, and you almost always dealt with angry members - the company itself is very understanding about personal things.

Cons

Angry customers. Short breaks & debriefing time.

Leadership has fallen apart. They don’t care about any associate or staff. The service we provide is terrible and they are not trying to fix it.
