Pros

There are no PROS to being a Call Center Travel Agent with AAA.

Cons

Inexperienced Trainers. Management has never sat in your seat and can SPIN anything!! Almost impossible to make commissions! The sun, moon and stars all have to be aligned.

We were, however, a little disappointed to hear your comments about loyalty, advancement in your career, and job salary. Rewarding but difficult place to work

Pros

Coworkers here are amazing and I enjoy every day with the people I work with, great products and services offered, phenomenal benefits (outside of pay), senior leadership makes it difficult at times

Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work & commission plans have tanked since the beginning of the year Outdated technology and systems are constantly down new tech rollouts are awful and poorly planned causing the offices to figure it out independently lack of standardization between retail offices customers these days are awful- cussing and berating working 50+ hour weeks just to keep up massive issues with roadside asst. causing mass membership cancellations Everything falls on the office manager with not enough support. Early retirement program in early 2022 left the offices with even less support. No way to get around using personal cell phone for business and organization will not supply with one. This is unfortunately not the same AAA I started with a few years back. I want to love my job as the people are great, but it is so hard anymore.
