I had a few decent co-workers. Free membership every year. I liked the job I was doing. Offered free battery/car checks a couple of times a year

Direct supervisor lacked any kind of management skills. Company is top heavy & executive/director positions are "created" not earned. Company morale is very low. Long term people are leaving and no one seems to be concerned.
