      Pros

      An absolutely wonderful company to work for. The atmosphere is out of this world. The benefits are top notch and the time off package is unmatchable. On top of that it is still a company that matches your 401 and still deposits a voluntary deposit every year. Wish I would have started here 13 years earlier instead of where I worked before.

      Cons

      I have yet to find any down side with AAA. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

      Pros

      All co-workers are good to work with. Not strictly 9-5 working time--I can adjust it according to my own schedule. I can work from home one day every week.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than similar jobs in other companies.

We review salaries on a regular basis and we are competitive in the marketplace, even more so when considering total compensation. If you like, visit HR or ask your manager to review your total compensation value with you.
