Fully remote position AAA is a 24/7 365 operation many flexible work hours

Cons

In recent performance appraisal review exceeded all key metrics rewarded .29 cent raise salary increase I think that is enough said besides no work life balance company views employees as essential workers have to work all holiday's, last day and first day of the month, & at least one weekend shift every week. Inbound call center and the call volume decreases significantly after the winter season. Don't even get me started on the sorry excuse for commission plan like most companies benefits the employer not the employee.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate hearing that you enjoy the remote work schedule but also understand that we support our Members every day of the year which means we do need our teams to be appropriated staffed to support our Members’ calls. When hiring for our Contact Center roles we are transparent in the interview process regarding the work schedule and our Associates have enjoyed the perks of working evenings and weekends which can include, a weekday off, 2 floating holidays, and working a schedule that better suits their personal needs. You mentioned our commission plan and we encourage you to reach out to myHR if you have questions or feedback as we work hard to support our Associates.
