If there is a ticket from the CIO and he is not receiving emails and a ticket about the wire transfer department not being able to submit/receive wire transfer which ticket would you prioritize? and more scenario based questions about management of the help desk staff. I was asked to list the OSI model
No difficult questions, however the structure of the questions made you wonder if they really wanted to hire you
