They asked me if I ever created SOP or Instructional Guides. However, the questions were so easy that it was apparent they were looking for anyone to throw into their open positions.
Are you familar with Active Directory? Are you familiar with Connectwise? Have you worked with stakeholders? Are you familiar with the ITIL?
