Recived a generic email with a link for an automated exam that could be taken anytime for a period of a week. It contained 36 multiple answer questions, and two code solving questions. If you do not pass, don't expect a rejection email, or something of that nature, you are left hanging until you figure out, by yourself, you didn't pass it.

Worst hiring process ever. They are looking for mindless individuals who will just push calls all day. Don’t let them fool you, no sales skills will be developed. You will be forced to make 120+ calls a day or fear the hot seat and job security.
The recruiter and hiring manager were probably some of the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. First, I scheduled a time on the recruiters calendar and he calls me at that time to only tell me he was busy working on email and administration stuff and didn’t have time for me currently, but will call 3 hours later. Didn’t even bother to ask my schedule. He calls, doesn’t know my name, or have my resume up. He didn’t answer any questions about the role or the company at all. He was a reflection of a frat boy trying to chill and drink at a tailgate before a football game, constantly saying bro, dude, for sure bro, you’d be a great fit dawg; that’s great bro, totally bro. Anytime I asked about the role, this guy kept talking about how he played college basketball at a D3 school and was a huge Michigan fan. I get rapport building, but was interviewing him for NBA draft day or what? That’s red flag #1, #2, and #3.
I somehow got pushed through to the hiring manager when I didn’t show any interest after this conversation. The hiring manager was horrible too. She didn’t provide any role insight at all either and I asked about 17 questions. She kept saying oh yeah great culture! Great culture! We call 120 times a day or else you are on the heater! Then she asked one question, Why do you want to leave your currently role? I said I’m seeking better employment opportunities and a career fit for me as my company isn’t ethically the best place to work at. Keep in mind, this company is in CCPA law suit, class action law suits, etc. They harbor bad data and their means of obtaining data isn’t legal for a monetary gain. The hiring manager couldn’t even call me to tell me I didn’t get the role. The recruiter did when I was busy and said hey manager totally said you talk too much garbage about your current role bro, so it’s a no from us bro. Reapply in 60 days bro and we’ll interview you again if you bro. Do you have feedback for me or us bro? I said yeah don’t contact me again bro, tired of hearing your unprofessional demeanor and voice and same with your hiring manager who doesn’t know left from right bro.
Don’t work here, don’t believe the accolades or awards on their website. The advancement isn’t going to be good, will burn you out, and you will only be calling. They said everything else is automated and all you do is call in this role.

Brad was fantastic in the phone screening and was very transparent/ efficient with the whole process. I had clear next steps, knew what to expect, and honestly felt like he truly listened to my story.
Hiring manager interview was also fantastic. Thought provoking questions to give me a chance to share my personal testimony as an SDR.
