Interview
I’ve had a long successful career in software and have had the opportunity of interviewing for many different companies/roles as well interviewing my own teams and working with many different recruiters over the years. I can overwhelmingly say that this has been by far the most positive and supportive process I’ve ever had with a company to date. This process has shown me how great ZoomInfo’s culture is and how highly they value potential candidates. I applied for a different role prior to receiving this better fit role and my recruiter, Mckenzie Griffin has been beyond supportive like nothing I’ve ever experienced in a hiring process in anywhere I’ve applied. Mckenzie was in constant communication with me through every step and was always happy and positive to get back to me when I had questions. If you’re considering applying for a ZI role, it will be the best choice you make in your career to be a part of such an incredible family culture!

Interview
The very easy and straightforward process took a little over 2 weeks to complete. My recruiter, Heather Campbell, was terrific during the entire process. From the very start she was helpful with answering any questions and made sure I knew exactly what was in store for me during the various rounds of interviews. It started with a 20-minute discovery call, then 4 rounds with individual potential managers discussing their experiences with the company, and then it finally wrapped up in a panel presentation with the director of sales going over my past experience.

Interview
I felt that it was clear, concise, and fairly quick! The test was kind of hard but it wasn't terrible by any means. I loved meeting everyone in different departments and feeling a sense of warmth. It made my unease was settled very quickly after speaking with Nicole in recruiting the first time!

Question 1
Q: This isn't a normal CSM position, we do expect a lot from these roles as we don't see our tasks as a "check the box" type of format, can you handle this type of responsibility with a book of ~150 clients?
