I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Apr 2022
Interview
This is the most disrespectful and the worst interview experience I have ever had. Neither of the interviewers showed up on time to the meetings for the two rounds and neither of them were prepared.
Applied thru LinkedIn. Then recruiter booked a call to talk about the position and my resume. The recruiter called 10+ minutes later than the scheduled time and could not explain what the company is doing fluently and even could not answer the dev team size.
Followed with another round of interview with one of their senior engineer. Showed up late as well and even asked me to give him time to find my resume and read it. The interviewer had no front-end experience and told me he had no React questions to ask me. Then he took several minutes trying to find a JS question for me to answer but it was almost the last minute of the 30 minutes interview.
This team seems to be in great chaos and these people shows no respect to my time.
Did a basic phone screen followed by a technical take home. I completed two basic programming questions and then took videos about how I solved it. All in all pretty basic, not difficult at all.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
I worked primarily with Heather on their Sales TA team. She was great. She was extremely helpful and transparent every step of the way making the interview process one of the best I've experienced. She was willing to go above and beyond, in my opinion, to be very detailed in the interview process and what to expect. She helped me successfully prepare for each interview by providing pointers prior to each stage. I started with a phone screening then 3 interviews with managers, reach with their own style of interview. Lastly, you present a presentation to a panel with the managers and director. Overall it was a great way interview as it allows you to really dive in and ask great questions to have conversations about the job, the department, and the company.
