Interview
4 Step. Recruiter, meet with managers for fit and backgroud, two practical roleplays, discovery and demo. ZI assigns a huge level of importance on referrals, especially if they are in the same department you are applying for. This greatly helped me as my referral is amongst the top sellers.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Saint Louis, MO) in Jul 2023
Interview
Brad Hohman did an excellent job of allowing me to be comfortable during the initial phone call interview. He had a very relaxed yet upbeat tone that enabled me to settle in quickly. Sometimes interviews can feel cagey or robotic. This was not the case with Brad. It was a human to human conversation where we both shared our past-work experiences, both positive and negative. If all ZoomInfo interviews are like this, I'm sure that most interviewees will have good sensations after speaking with the recruiter.

Question 1
Can you tell me a little bit about your background? Can you elaborate on your previous/current role? What excites you about being in sales?
Most professional and positive interview process I’ve had in my career . Brad Hohman went above and beyond to coordinate, walk me through the process and stayed in constant contact with me. His energy, thoughtful questions, insight, enthusiasm and follow-ups made the process amazing. It is evident Zoominfo has a keen eye for talent - Brad is a testament to that!
