I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Jun 2023
Interview
One of their recruiters contacted me via LinkedIn and asked if I was looking and if I would be willing to chat with them. After responding not once but twice to get their attention that I was interested, they finally set a call time. They spoke a lot during the call, and it felt like they were trying to sell the position to me. It was pretty awkward, and I was left only to one-word statements because the recruiter talked for entirely too long. They did not ask me any questions that weren't surface-level. They told me the next steps would be having a Zoom/call with the hiring manager, and ALSO I need to apply through their website. ( Why are you asking me to use the website if you contacted me???). Either way, I was set to make it to the next round. Two days went by and I received an email saying I wasn't moving forward. No reason and no follow-up as to why. Just a generic email.

Interview
The all process was quite long, the TA person was very attentive and kept me in the loop. One of the hirhing managers was a bit snob-ish and gave the impression that they're not really looking to hire someone to fill the roll

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in May 2023
Interview
DO NOT APPLY - SERIOUSLY The job openings are not real, they are using job postings to data mine YOUR information and sell it online. I applied for the position 5/10, received zero communication until 6/15 when they emailed me that they had filled the position, except the job posting keeps getting renewed weekly. Now their website shows that my personal information is available for sale and was updated on 6/12. A quick internet search about their scheme revealed I am not alone, and that it is IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE your information from their site and stop the unwanted marketing calls.

No interview because all they do is gather the information from your resume and sell it online as sales leads. DO NOT APPLY!!!
