I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was very efficient. My recruiter Olivia M was AMAZING! I had a call with her to go over my background and gage my interest in joining. I think there was a second call with Olivia where she told me more about the company and answered the list of questions I had and shared the rest of the details of the role. She was very informative about the role and had a good understanding of who best to ask the sales related questions to. Then I interviewed with a manager over zoom for 30 minutes. The final interview was with the VP of sales and the manager who did my first zoom interview. The final call was 45-60 minute call and I had to run a mock demo selling to the Vp and Manager. They provided me with a pitch deck and some material to do pre call research with.

Question 1
Experience, Why zoom? How would your manager describe you? One thing that might be a challenge?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process with Zoominfo was smooth and challenging. It all begins with an interview with a sales recruiter, they begin to ask you questions to see if you are a good fit and whether or not to push you through to the next interview. Next is an interview with one or two sales managers through a zoom meeting and they will ask similar questions from the first interview and see based on your answers if you are ready for the third interview. Third interview becomes more thorough and you are meeting with managers that are higher up the ladder. Third interview questions are more specific and does include a mock role play, where they give you a scenario and you try to sell them on the product. I had the pleasure working with Sales Recruiter McKenzie Griffin. McKenzie went above and beyond in every aspect of her job. She helped prepare and coach me through every step of the interview and onboarding process. She was extremely thorough and quick to communicate feedback or next steps. McKenzie was able to work around my busy schedule and always made time for me. This was by far the best hiring experience I have ever been a part of.
