I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Burlington, VT) in Jul 2023
Interview
3-step process. First step was with Heather Campbell, who is the BEST recruiter I've ever worked with by a long shot. She went above and beyond, and made this process so seamless. Second round was with a sales manager, pretty standard round. Final round was with a sales director, and included a mock discovery call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about your previous sales numbers. Make sure you know your numbers!
The interview process here is fairly straightforward. I met with a few different people on different teams, but overall things move quickly. I really didn't plan on making a job change, but working with Heather Campbell (a recruiter here) piqued my interest and I'm glad I took a chance on it. Heather called me out of the blue asking if I would be interested in working for Zoominfo, "what's better than using Zoominfo to sell Zoominfo?" We scheduled time to talk and I truly saw her as an example of the kind of culture I am looking for. She ran a demo to help me prepare for my interviews and answered all of my questions no matter the time of day. When I started she helped me through some confusion with onboarding. She is the best recruiter I have worked with and showed me what it was like to work here before I even started. I like to pay it forward and thank those that go above and beyond in their jobs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Early questions are straight forward, things like "why Zoominfo?" You will have to do a mock discovery call in the final round. The managers are challenging, but fair.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Waltham, MA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Fast paced. A lot of questions around your processes and how you handle certain scenarios. They also have you do call reviews with no prior knowledge to how they vet opportunities.

They asked you to do call reviews with no background of how they vet customers and their typical processes.
