Interview
I recently interviewed with Zoominfo and found the process very clear and straight-forward. The interview team is clearly focused on "screening- in," which is very current given the hot candidate market. This is a company that advances candidates through their system with very little if any delay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions were related to culture, job relativity, and experience. The questions were not difficult, however I'd encourage anyone to know their resume. Zoominfo has a strong culture and they want to ensure new hires bring the same vision, passion, and work ethic to their successful and growing company.

Interview
This may have been one of the best interview processes I have ever experienced. I submitted my resume, pretty excited about the company because of how fast they're growing + an office near my apartment. I got a call from my recruiter, Nicole, a day later with some basic questions: Can I come into the office a few days a week once operations are back up, have I worked with Salesforce, etc. We set up a time to speak more formally the next day. She asked the basic recruiter interview questions and filled me in on the awesome benefits. She gave me some tips on how to ace the rest of my interviews and I left the call feeling excited. I took the IQ assessment immediately afterward and heard from Nicole about 5 minutes later saying I passed. Due to my own scheduling conflicts, my next interview was scheduled for a week later, on a Friday afternoon. My interviewer was awesome (now my manager), and I heard back from Nicole 20 minutes after, and set the next interview for Monday morning. Had a great conversation with another leader on the team, and then Nicole got back to me again, minutes later, to set up my final interview for later that day. They move fast! I got a verbal "offer" in my final interview and had the paperwork by the close of business. It was a whirlwind but I was able to speak with people from all different backgrounds - sales, tech and marketing - to get various perspectives on the job.

Interview
The interview process with Zoominfo was one of the best and most comfortable I’ve experienced so far. The recruiter (Erin) was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, clearly outlined next steps and kept me informed along the way. My subsequent interviews with Zoominfo team members were conversational without diminishing the weight of the interviews themselves. Erin called me personally to let me know they’d selected another candidate and, while she could not offer specific feedback for interviews she didn’t conduct), she did provide a few sincere words of encouragement as she wished me well in my continued job search.

Question 1
Questions were fairly standard for CSMs but all the interviewers did ask for specific details (and examples) regarding my methods and strategies for handling customer accounts. At least one STAR question was asked in each interview.
