I had a phone interview with the CFO (lasted 30 min roughly); he then asked me to come in for a sit down interview. I was then asked a series of questions: everything from past employment situations, history, to questions that were about me and why I felt I was a good match, and then an additional person entered (CEO) With additional questions-- then I was asked a few more questions pertaining to the specific position and what it would entail, which I knew at that point I was going to be offered the job. I was then offered the position on the spot and accepted - started the following Monday.
