Zimmer Biomet interview questions

Very informal at first but rounded out with a presentation for a large group and a series of 8-9 individual interviews. Had to come back for multiple days and do a few follow up calls with managers who did not live in Jacksonville.

I was contacted by corporate recruiter via LinkedIn. We had a phone call and then I was moved along to an in person meeting with the Regional Manager. It was clear from the beginning of the "interview" that a candidate had been selected already and my being there was a formality to fill out some pre determined number of necessary candidates by Zimmer. Upon meeting the manager I was told there would be no interview and it was just a "meet and greet" for him. He had no questions for me other than why I was looking. I had prepared a lot of questions and the manager seemed annoyed at answering them and wanted to rush me along.
