I got the interview through a current employee. He has been with the company for almost 15 years. He was looking to add someone to his sales team. I went through 1 interview.

The face to face interview was a clear reminder that the recruiting process is two way, and if you can't get inspired by what you hear and from whom you hear it, then it is better to pass up. There we zero skills based questions. I felt I was being judged on subjective factors entirely.
