I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
I went to interview 1 month ago at the Inditex Office on Regent Street.
There where around 15 candidates. They gave us to complete forms and to choose the position and the location where we want to work and of course our availability. They show us videos with the history of Inditex and answer to question about this. So make a research...After 3 weeks they called me and they offer me a job.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Covent Garden, England) in May 2013
Interview
Submited online application. There are two parts - first the phone interview which was quite quick and easy. General questions about why you want to work for them/experience etc.
After getting through the first stage the interview process is a phone interview, very smooth process, questions are easy to answer if you are prepared. The person I have spoken with was very nice and friendly. After that I received a phone call to come for interview, which was two weeks later. I was intervied at Zara Covent Garden.
From my experience as long as your confident and the employer sees your passion, you will get a job you applied for.

Interview
You'll have a group interview with a room full of people and you'll be asked to do different tasks such as creating outfits. All this is generally to test your communication skills; the key to being hired in Zara seems to be based more on how you look and how loud you are during the process.
