Zara Sale Assistant interview questions

We were a group of 15 people. The interviewers proyected two videos about the company and then they asked us what we know about Inditex. After that, we were separated in groups of six and they gave us some situations that we had to discuss between ourselves and find a solution. Then, we formed groups of two people and we have to know more about our colleague to finally present him/her to the rest of the group.

Had a group interview only. First they asked what we knew about the inditex brand and then we watched two videos, we were asked how zara has evolved e.g new technologies. Make sure you do your research. We were also asked about the role of sales assistant, cashier , stockroom persons and the type of qualities they should have. Then we were given a piece of clothing which wasn't doing too well in the sales and had t feed back on what we'd do to improve the sales of that item. Research into current fashion trends go into the Zara store and have a look around at the new seasons trends and observe the roles each employee plays.
