The interviewers were nice and friendly however it was, in my opinion, quite unprofessional that the interview was held in a closed dressing room so it was rather uncomfortable.
Also I did not apply for a 6-hour ZARA position but for a 4-hour position in a different INDITEX store and it seems like my CV was transfered to ZARA.

Question 1
If a custmers asks you about a product that we do not have in stock, what would you do?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was invited to assist to a first interview. This one was in a group where we saw a couple of videos to know more about Inditex.
Then we had an exercise which consisted in selling an item and giving some opinions about how to innovate through trends. After of that we were asked for an activity of interviewing the other candidates and presenting in front of the group. The environment was relaxed and everybody had a good attitude.
Then we were asked personally about our availability of hours and which zone would we like to work. We all gave our details to keep in contact until a new advice.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Zara (Sídney) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call the day before the group interview. They asked me some brief questions over the phone like why do you want to work at Zara etc. In the interview we filled out an availability form. We also had 2 minutes to get to know the person next to us and then introduce them to the rest of the group. We were also split into 2 groups and performed a scenario. Then we got given little cards with 1 question each on them (and we weren't allowed to look at the question until it was our turn). We had to read the question out loud and answer it in front of everyone.
