Zara Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I got called a couple of days after I applied online, the interview was set for the next day. Since I've never been in the area I got there a little bit earlier. As soon as it was time the manager that called me took me outside and just started asking me questions (she was very reassuring and very nice). She gave me the job on the spot but it took a week for me to start the job. Unfortunately I had to leave the job before I fully started since it was a little too far from where I live and the time my shifts ended and it would affect my morning classes.

The interview was a group interview. Took about 2 hrs and was pretty fun actually. After the interview we were told that the people who are successful will be contacted. I got an email days later saying I have been successful however there is no work available right now. It’s been 2 months since my interview, I have followed up with them many times and still no job. The most annoying thing is that they constantly tell you they will get back to you EVERY TIME and they never do! They sell you the dream that you are in the running or at least on a wait list and that’s probably not the case, they are no longer considering your application. Was really annoyed because I needed the job and they kept my hopes up! I’ve given up now.
