Zara Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I sent the CV and they called me for the group assessment. It was strucutred in 2 days, first starting from 120 people, then the second day the number of candidates was reduced down to 30 and finally 7 people were offered a position.

I applied via seek and got a call from hr a week later. They just asked to tell them a little about myself and what my availability was then told me they would get in contact with me for an interview. I got a call back two weeks later asking if I’d like to attend a group interview. The group interview went very smoothly. There were 7 of us and we were asked to introduce ourselves to the person on the right and had to introduce them to everyone. After that there was a Zara presentation about the company and about the job. After that they handed us one card each and we had to read the question out loud and answer it. We also had to fill out an availability sheet. Got a call back the day after with a job offer.
