World Market Sales Associate interview questions

I applied online and two days later received a call. I had a group interview with a manager and two others a few days later. Manager said they were looking to hire two people and said we would receive an e-mail letting us know if we got the job. I got hired and another college student got hired. The person who did not get hired was asked "what is your weakness in the workplace?." They answered "probably that I work really fast get things done quick but then I have to go back because I forgot to do something. I answered that same question with "my weakness would have to be that I like to do a really thorough job so, it takes me a little bit longer complete a task or a project."

I was asked to interview in a group setting. The lead supervisor conducted the interview. There were about 12 interviewees. Extremely friendly and omfortabke setting. The interview took place in the furniture department of the store on the display chairs. There were about 10 questions that everyone took a turn going in order answering.
