World Market Sales Associate interview questions

First interview is a group interview, mine was just with one other person but later I saw interviews of like 8 people. You are pretty much working together not pitted against one another. Then you are called back for a second interview that is individual, also if you are being hired on a good reference from another employee you might not have to come for a second interview.
