Interview
The interview process was smooth. It felt like a conversation. There was no pressure or overselling. I met the manager and district manager. They were both very humble and welcoming.

Interview
Did an online application, got a call back the next day asking to schedule an interview for the next week. I probably was a little overdressed, I wore black old navy pixie pants, a patterned blouse with a black blazer and flats. Very simple group interview, because they were in need of as many people they could get, we were only asked 1 or 2 questions and then made small chat about what we should expect there. The second part of the interview was going out on the floor to show whether or not we could comfortably communicate with customers or not. The whole interview including customer interactions was maybe 20 minutes total.

Interview
Interview process is easy. I was only a seasonal worker, so you just have to work well with people, customers and over all everything else is a learn on the job. They call you, set up an interview. Then you go do a one on one interview. Only lasted 20-30 minutes. Generally after the interview if you did well, they will let you know. It was season work and they needed someone quick so they called me a day later and offered me the job.
