World Market interview questions

Only one interview. Hired the same day (though not during the interview). Began working within the week. Great company culture. Fairly relaxed uniform rules. I work with a very diverse bunch of people.

Met with the operations manager (each store usually has one distinct from the GM). We talked about the store, why I wanted to work there, and my experiences in leadership and working as a team (tip: treat it like a pretty casual conversation, and if you have any interests, tie them into your answer)
