I applied online. I went to the store five days later to follow up with my application and spoke with the store manager who interviewed me on the spot. I was called three days later and offered the position I applied in for in person interview. I was asked about my previous retail experience. The interview was with the store manager. The interview questions were basic but it is important to know about the company as they ask you question s like, " what do you know about "Cost Plus?" The overall experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my time working with the company

The interview process was brief and to the point. I was called in once to interview with the store manager and contacted within the week that I had been hired.

Interview
This was a two part interview process. The first step was a phone interview with the General Manager of the store I was applying to. It was a pretty basic interview which consisted mostly of questions about my previous work experience. The second part was with the District Manager. I was asked more technical questions about driving sales and analyzing metrics. There was also a lot of questions about team leadership as stores typically have no less that 40 employees at any given time.
